Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your manicure, but if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns on unused and unopened products within 30 days of delivery. Please note that for hygiene reasons, used nail lacquers and limited edition bundles are final sale.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging to ensure they are protected during transit; please include your original packing slip.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided through our portal and affix it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects your returned items, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
